One the teachers at Byrne approached us last week and asked if his wife could take some of the pumpkin flowers.
We asked why?
He responded that in his wife’s culture (Korean) the pumpkin leaves are boiled into a yummy soup. We said, “Of course! And we are looking forward to the recipe.”
